One of our core business activities is IT care. Cooperation with a Client on the basis of a regular service agreement ensures high quality of his computer system work. The service agreement guarantees, among other, fast reaction time in case of a system failure, as well as regular hardware and software diagnoses. Within agreed with a Client periods of time, we make maintenance check-ups of computers, printers and other computer hardware, and we do regular antivirus tests. We also provide ad hoc services – many companies do not require regular consultations. Service agreements are paid on the basis of a monthly subscription in a form of a lump-sum fee. The number of hours is agreed with a Client, including additional hours in case of exceeding the agreed limit. Ad hoc services are settled with a single payment. A range of services and IT care is customized to individual Clients’ needs, and the most frequent services are: - administrating servers, computer networks, workstations and peripheral devices, supervising their non-failure work;
- consulting on purchasing new hardware and software;
- repairs and modernizing hardware, consulting on possibilities and profitability of modernizing hardware;
- installation, configuration and implementation of the software supporting company operations;
- removing computer viruses and infections prophylactic;
- supporting users in solving current problems with using their computers, as well as trainings in using hardware and software;
- periodic maintenance check-ups of computers and peripheral devices.
